International student admission to full-time undergraduate programmes 2026
For international upper-secondary graduates: 7 programmes, a 50% full-programme tuition scholarship and 100% support for a high-quality dormitory room.
Programmes and quotas for 2026: Information Technology – Artificial Intelligence (15); Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology – Semiconductor Technology (20); Chinese Language – Chinese for Technology, Chinese Language Teaching (25); Pharmacy (30); Nursing – Traditional Medicine (20); Education – Technology Teacher Education (20); Law – Applied Law (25). Admission is based on upper-secondary results or equivalent; standard duration 4 years; graduates receive a Bachelor’s, Pharmacist, Engineer or Lawyer degree.
Benefits and scholarships
- 50% tuition scholarship for the full programme (up to 4 years), excluding repeated or grade-improvement modules;
- 100% of the cost of a high-quality dormitory room (electricity and water excluded);
- Vietnamese preparatory course: 50% scholarship on preparatory tuition and 100% room support;

Visa, insurance and safety
Documents in Vietnamese or English: application form, upper-secondary diploma and transcript, passport valid for at least 1 year, medical certificate (issued within 6 months), police clearance, 4×6 photo and proof of language proficiency.
