Eligibility: applicants holding an intermediate vocational (trung cấp) qualification or higher in the same field group as the chosen major.
Schedule (planned): applications from 17 August 2026 – selection 26 September 2026 – results 4 October 2026 – enrolment 10 October 2026; applications from 12 October 2026 – selection 11 December 2026 – results 19 December 2026 – enrolment 26 December 2026.
Duration: 2.5–3.5 years for vocational secondary graduates; 2–3 years for college graduates or higher. Mode: in-person combined with online learning in accordance with Ministry regulations.
Documents: application form (university template); notarised copies of the upper-secondary diploma and transcript; vocational/college/university diploma and transcript; birth certificate, citizen ID and priority documents (if any); for Pharmacy, a practising certificate and proof of work experience. No application-file fee; selection fee VND 2,500,000 for Pharmacy and VND 1,200,000 for other majors. Documents and fees are non-refundable.
