Eligibility: upper-secondary or vocational secondary graduates (or equivalent); holders of an intermediate qualification in the same field group who have completed the required general education.
Duration: upper-secondary graduates 3–4 years; intermediate professional graduates 2.5–3.5 years; college graduates or higher 1.5–3 years.
Documents: notarised copies of the upper-secondary diploma and transcript; intermediate (or higher) diploma and transcript; birth certificate and citizen ID card. No charge for documents; application fee VND 1,200,000; tuition VND 500,000 per credit.
